Free delivery is available on most orders over £150 (Some exceptions may apply)
1) The map below shows where we currently deliver and on what days. If you are outside this area please contact us before placing an order.
These days may be subject to change as workload increases in the winter, but you will be informed when you place your order.
2) Orders should be placed on a Day 1 for Day 3 basis, ie:- order by 5pm on day one for delivery on day three, as shown in the table below(working days).

3) When you place your order (if you are a new customer) please provide a postcode, Email and a contact number (preferably where you can be reached on the day), and any access codes for gates/padlocks. We may contact you to get exact location details if required. Please also indicate if a forklift is available.
4) Whilst we are happy to make un-attended deliveries, we would request that access to the delivery point is safe and clear of obstructions. Our delivery lorry is approx.10 feet wide, and can unload from either side or the rear. We would also request that the delivery point is within a reasonable distance from vehicle access. (Approx 10m)
5) On first delivery our driver will carry out a brief Health & Safety risk assessment of the site and delivery point. If there are any minor points that need to be addressed, we will contact you after delivery.
6) If the driver feels that the delivery point is unsafe or unsuitable, they will contact us immediately, and may return to store without delivering. (this may incur a surcharge)
7) If, on subsequent deliveries the driver feels that the situation has become unsafe/unsuitable they may return to store without delivering. (this may incur a surcharge)
8) Our staff and drivers have the right to work in a safe and friendly environment. We will not tolerate abuse of any kind, and reserve the right to withdraw the offer of delivery if necessary.
Orders placed via the website for collection in store will be picked same day and should be ready for collection within 2 hours, but please wait for a confirmation email before travelling. If you are unable to collect same day, we will keep your order for 5 working days, after which it will be returned to stock and a refund offered. Should you be unable to collect your order please let us know via phone or email.
Returns can be made within 30 days and are to be returned at cost to the customer, we recommend using a tracked a service or returns can be made by yourself instore. Should you need to make a return please include; your name, Telephone No., order number and a note to say whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Please note we can only accept items in a resaleable condition with original packaging and labelling attached (these may be subject to a restocking fee/charge). Once we have processed your return please allow 10 working days for refund as some banks and non-working days can cause a delay.
If you require an exchange, please allow 10 working days for the return/ exchange to be processed.
Items for return or exchange must be suitable for resale.
